About me.

As a psychotherapist and mental health social worker, I bring a combination of existential philosophy and psychological science to my work with clients. I specialise in treating clients who experienced complex trauma in the formative years. Combining evidence-based therapies for the treatment of trauma related issues, I support the healing of past injuries that have lead to compulsive self-soothing behaviours and insecure attachment in your important relationships. I use EMDR and IFS to integrate unprocessed memories that can still cause distress.

My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and genuine. Over the years I have developed a therapy practice that is based upon the principles of social justice and consider the whole person within the context of their unique life.

I offer clinical and professional supervision and consultations for those working in the field, to assist them to develop a critically reflective practice founded upon knowledge, wisdom and a deep care for themselves and their clients.
